The Final Suspect!

No One Leaves the Castle comes out in less than a month! And we’ve finally reached the final mugshot in our lineup of suspects: Crumpette, the ferret. Look at those weaselly little eyes. Look at that sneaky little face. Can you possibly trust her? I wouldn’t! I’d bet she bites, like, half the people in this book.

But whether Crumpette is the culprit or not, she is the last of our suspects for this prepublication character rollout. But does that mean there are no other suspects? Could there perhaps be a character in the book who hasn’t yet appeared on the website? And could that character be the murderer? Wait and see…

And don’t forget, No One Leaves the Castle is available for pre-order now!

Suspect #12!!!

No One Leaves the Castle is so close I can almost taste it! Tastes like paper. Blech! But who cares—books are for reading, not eating! So let’s look at this week’s suspect! Well, is she really a suspect? She’s really more like the detective in this story. But does that necessarily mean she’s not also the culprit? Sure, probably. But she definitely has some secrets she’s hiding…

Today’s Suspect: The Lilac! Is that even her real name? (Of course, it’s not.)

Suspect #11!

We’re getting so close! No One Leaves the Castle comes out NEXT MONTH! Huzzah! But for now, let’s move on to this week’s suspicious so-and-so!

Today’s Suspect: Dulcinetta the Dulcet-Toned, aka Netta, aka “Soon to be the most famous bard in the Thirteen Kingdoms” (according to her, at least). But does she really have warrants out for her arrest in multiple kingdoms?

Find out more about Dulcinetta on the Line-Up page at TheThirteenKingdoms.com. And don’t forget, No One Leaves the Castle is available for pre-order now!

Suspect #10!

We’re getting close to the end, but we’ve still got a few more suspects to reveal before the August 15th publication of No One Leaves the Castle! So, let’s get to this week’s!

Today’s Suspect: Grymus, Captain of the Guard at Castle Angbar. How did an ogre end up heading security for the home of a famous monster hunting family? There’s definitely more to this story…
